The Best of Hong Kong

It is relatively easier to list the best of Hong Kong than the best of Seoul because I've lived in Hong Kong as a tourist for two years.

The best of Hong Kong.

1. Sightseeing at night (A symphony of lights http://www.tourism.gov.hk/symphony/): you can enjoy it at the Avenue of Stars along side of the Victoria habour (http://www.avenueofstars.com.hk/).
2. Sightseeing and lunch or afternoon tea: The Verandah at Repulse bay (http://www.therepulsebay.com.hk/, http://www.frommers.com/destinations/hongkong/D51929.html)
3. Sightseeing with beer at night: Sevva (http://www.sevva.hk/). Please go to a terrace and enjoy night landscape with a bottle of beer. Please note that its dinner is very expensive and a bottle of beer is enough to enjoy it.
4. Sightseeing at night or daytime : Take a double-decker at Central pier 7 around 6:00 PM, which will take you to a tram station to the Peak and you can tour the Central area in the double-decker and see splendid Hong Kong’s night landscape from the Peak.
5. Shopping: Pacific place (http://www.pacificplace.com.hk/en/mall/shopping/) or Element (http://www.elementshk.com/)
6. Dining: Peking garden (2526- 6456 H exit at central MTR station) or Yung Kee restaurant (http://www.yungkee.com.hk/) or thepawn (http://www.thepawn.com.hk/)

9. Easy hiking and seafood at Lamma island. (http://www.lamma.com.hk/): Take a ferry to Yung Shue Wan of Lamma island from Central pier 4. You need to hike an hour trail to the other side of Lamma island, where you can taste great sea foods. The rainbow restaurant is the best there.
10. Sightseeing and shopping: Stanley – it’s famous for its relaxed environment and street market (http://www.discoverhongkong.com/eng/attractions/hk-stanley-market.html).

The best of Macau
1. Lunch and Sightseeing: The Venetian Macao Resort Hotel – if you have never been to the Venetian hotel, it’s definitely worth visiting. (http://www.venetianmacao.com/)
2. Multi-media performance (dragon’s treasure): City of dreams: it’s at the opposite side of the Venetian Macao resort hotel and consists of a few hotels and provides a free performance. (http://www.cityofdreamsmacau.com/)
3. Sightseeing and shopping: Senado square and ruins of St. Paul’s (http://www.macau-traveltips.com/ruins-of-st-pauls.htm)
